Exchange
For any product exchanges, please contact us at hello@yammyboxing.com.
If your order has not been placed for delivery, size changes will still be available. If it has been placed, we will need to wait until you have returned the item to us before we send the correct size for you.
Shipment of products to our PO Box will be at the cost of the customer (unless it's our fault), however, we will send you the correct size for free. We will not take responsibility for returned items if they are lost in the post. So make sure that you have a tracking number for your parcel.
Returns
If in the unlikely situation that you wish to return your goods, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If an order is returned to YAMMY Boxing because no one was at the shipping address to receive the items and no other arrangement has been made between the customer and the couriers, the item will be refunded minus the cost of the delivery and the return delivery back to us.
If the customer has refused delivery (with no mistake on our part) and the item is returned to us, the customer is liable for the cost of the delivery and the return of the delivery back to us.
Refusal of a correct delivery is deemed to be breaking our terms and conditions unless there is a mistake with the order or if the order has been damaged while in transit.

Refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a refund, you can contact us at hello@yammyboxing.com. If your refund is accepted, we will give you instructions on how and where to send your package. The shipping cost for refund will be on the cost of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipment cost used to deliver the item is un-refundable as it was used to send the item to you.
Once we received the item back, we will inspect the item before we proceed with the refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, but you have not receive your payment back, please contact us so we can escalate it with the payment option you used. You can always contact us for any refund question at hello@yammyboxing.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and send you the correct items.
‘Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.’
