Shipping Policy

All shippings are Flat Rate and organized by Australia Post.

NZ local courier is with New Zealand Post and USA is with USPS.

Once your package arrives in the destination country, kindly utilize the local postal service's (e.g. USPS for the USA, NZP for New Zealand) website using the same tracking number for more comprehensive tracking information or to rearrange delivery.

USA - Please be aware that Customs Duties and Taxes may apply in your country, and these charges are the customers responsibility. USPS will contact you to pay for them once the parcel reaches their depot. If charges for customs payments are refused by the customer and the parcel is sent back to us, any additional costs we incur will be deducted from your refund.

Missed Delivery.

If you miss your delivery and need to arrange re-delivery, please use the tracking number and contact:

Lost Parcels.

We do not take responsibility for lost parcels. However, we will work with you to identify and find the missing parcels. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address information at checkout. YAMMY Boxing cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

Orders will be processed during business hours (10 am- 5.00 pm) Monday to Friday only (excluding public holidays). There are no weekend deliveries. Most orders will be processed within 48hrs of being received (during business hours).
