The delivery times provided are just our estimates.
International Shipping.
Once your package arrives in your country, kindly utilize the local postal service website using the same tracking number for more comprehensive tracking information or to rearrange delivery.
Orders shipped internationally are subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges. We collect these charges at checkout and remit them to your government (USA & Canada). These fees are determined by the country's Customs and are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Missed Delivery.
If you miss your delivery and need to arrange re-delivery, please use the tracking number and contact:
AU: Australia Post
NZ: New Zealand Post
USA: United States Postal Service (USPS)
Canada: Canada Post
If you missed delivery, and the parcel is returned to the sender. We will refund you for the order, less shipping and duties costs, as it has been used to send the parcel. If you still want the parcel, please get in touch with us at hello@yammyboxing.com so we can organise redelivery, however, shipping and duties costs may apply.
Other Countries.
For anyone wishing to purchase from countries not listed above, we ask for your patience as we are currently working to add more countries soon.
Lost Parcels.
We do not take responsibility for lost parcels. However, we will work with you to identify and find the missing parcels. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address information at checkout. YAMMY Boxing cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
Orders will be processed during business hours (10 am - 5.00 pm) Monday to Friday only (excluding public holidays). There are no weekend deliveries. Most orders will be processed within 48 hours of being received (during business hours).
